Crocheted Moose/Reindeer Hat

My great nephew lives in Alaska so I wanted to make him something that goes along with the Alaskan theme. This hat turned out to be the perfect gift.

I purchased it on Etsy from Brookslittlestitch for $4.50 and it comes in sizes from infant to adult.

This was such an easy hat to whip up for me and is rated for the beginner/intermediate crocheter.  The only “hard” part of this pattern is getting the eyes right and I may try doll eyes next time I make it.

You will need stuffing, 2 buttons, something to mark you rows (I use a piece of yarn) and a yarn needle to complete the project.  I used what yard I had on hand but prefer the colors used in the pattern.
