1950’s MHD 18″ American Girl Doll Pattern

Hannah really likes her new dress and is ready for afternoon tea.

This pattern includes the dress with a lined bodice and tulle skirt attachment along with a fully lined jacket and hat.  I used a cotton print for the dress and lining and linen for the outer coat and hat.  I also used snaps for closing the coat and dress back and decorative buttons on front.

This is a pattern from MHD designs and is amazing. It definitely is not for a beginner. Her directions are very clear and she even has video links on some finishing techniques.

The details on her patterns are wonderful and the finished product is worth the work.  Please check out the MHD website for not only American Girl patterns but several other dolls as well.

This outfit is for sale on my Etsy.
