I made it through day 5 of juicing and the 10 days of detox!! I am so excited that I was able to accomplish this goal. I lost over 4 lbs and my body feels so much better than when I started! Today I actually feel like I could go longer, but I won’t, lol. I think my husband is thankful it is over.
I learned a lot about myself and what I am actually capable of doing. I also have a new appreciation for those who have no choice but to drink their food. I still have some pain but am looking forward to seeing if it decreases even more with staying away from sugar and caffeine.
As I said yesterday juicing is a lot of work and preparation. It is best to juice fresh each time but if you work you could probably juice in the morning and store them in mason jars. It would be better than not juicing at all.
I would highly suggest that you try this yourself and see what the results are. If you have not been eating a healthy diet, do be prepared for detox symptoms and maybe take a vacation week. Even trying it over a long weekend would be well worth the time and effort.
Now onto healthier eating habits and hopefully more exercise.
