Artichoke Pesto Chicken with Tomato Cream Sauce Gluten-Free

The original recipe for this is called “Garlic Pesto Chicken with Tomato Cream Penne” and is from Southern Girl Cooking. It looked so good I had to try it.

It seems my attempts always have changes.

I marinated the chicken in a plastic bag over night and it was yummy even without the sauce.  I love the Tinkyada brand of gluten-free pasta and use it for all my dishes.  

I never know if my husband is going to like something new but, I knew it was a hit when he went back for seconds.  

This is a must try dish and glad one of my friends posted it on Pinterest.
