This has been one of those frustrating days so chocolate was much needed!
I am thankful that this recipe was so easy to make. Chocolate, coconut oil, sweetener (I used honey), coconut and almonds. The original recipe calls for macadamia nuts but I had almonds so I used them.
I made a double batch and am glad I did. The recipe says to pour onto a cookie sheet and one batch would have made it way too thin. If you make a single batch you should use a smaller pan. I also had a couple of spots where the honey was not fully incorporated. I am not sure what would fix that.
This chocolate bark is wonderful and yummy. It would be great for gifts because it is quick and easy.
UPDATE: This is what some of the chocolate looked like this morning. I would keep it in the fridge and if you give as a gift I will tell them to keep it in the fridge.
