Smoothies are a great way to incorporate not only fruit but great greens into your diet. Almost anything can be added to a smoothie, protein powder, peanut butter, almond butter, spinach, and all kinds of fruits are just a sample.
Today I decided to have a smoothie for lunch. I just opened my freezer to see what I had and began from there. I had frozen peaches, Acai’ and mango (my favorite). I threw approximately 1/4 of each into my Ninja. To this mixture I added a small handful of Moringa leaves, and 1/2 of an over ripe banana. I then poured enough coconut milk to fill the mixer 1/2 full and mixed.
